Using Feishu Base as the master data source for organization data, the system automatically syncs the two core relationship types—person-company and person-cost center—to the Hesi expense control system. Through standardized field mapping and incremental sync, once actions such as onboarding, transfers, or cost center changes are completed in Feishu Base, changes are automatically pushed to Hesi, ensuring accurate company attribution and cost center allocation for employee reimbursements. The sync supports anomaly detection and automatic retries, completely ending manual cross-system maintenance, with organization data consistency at 100%.

Approval-Linked Expense Master Data

The system deeply connects Feishu Approvals with Hesi expense control. After project creation and cost center creation/modification/deactivation requests pass approval in Feishu, the system automatically captures approval data and writes it to the corresponding Hesi modules per the Hesi API specifications. Approved projects automatically create project records in Hesi, while cost center creation, modification, and deactivation map to Hesi create, update, and deactivate operations—achieving "approve to create, change to sync." After launch, master data maintenance hours dropped by about 73% and expense data accuracy rose to 96%, providing solid support for financial compliance and refined expense management.
